Cooking Lab

GOOD FOOD GOOD MOOD Maria Pasotti, an expert in food culture, organizes Sisters House cooking laboratories and workshops on top quality Italian gourmet products. The laboratories will be held in the kitchen of the villa.

Laboratories are for up to 10 participants, the duration is about 3 hours.

For the 2017 season, GoodFoodGoodMood, proposes:

  • The yellow lake gold
    Sensory analysis and tasting of extra virgin olive oil DOP of Lake Iseo with tasty assorted salty and sweet foods.
  • Green Bowl
    Cooking workshop with “cibovero” using quality and sustainable ingredients with final tasting of the dishes.
  • Pasta Lovers
    Laboratory to create different formats of fresh pasta combined with typical Italian regional sauces.
  • Food Tour
    Day with guided visit to a charming oil mill with tasting of Extra Virgin Olive Oil on Lake Iseo, followed by a visit to Montisola at the Sardine Presidio (Slow Food Presidium) laboratory, demonstrating the techniques of fish processing.
    Day that ends with lunch on the terrace of the Locanda del Lago restaurant.
